All rights are reserved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law on Intellectual Property, reproduction, distribution and public communication are expressly prohibited, including the simple act of making available, whether in whole or in part, of the content of this website, for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Segittur. Segittur complies with the directives set out in the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing the Royal Decree and all other current regulations at all times, and shall ensure proper use and handling of the user’s personal data. To this end, along with each form collecting personal data, as part of the services which clients may request, clients shall be informed of the of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions of the handling of their data in each case, and they will also be informed of the responsibility for the file created, the address of those responsible, the possibility of exercising their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, the purpose of processing and any communication of data to third parties, where applicable.

Data will be gathered by Segittur for the sole purpose of providing information on everything regarding organisation of the conference. In no event will data gathered be used for any other purpose than that for which they have been collected or disclosed to third parties without consent.

Segittur likewise notifies its compliance with Law no. 34/2002, of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and will at all times request their consent to process their email address for commercial purposes.

Segittur accepts no liability whatsoever for damages or detriment of any nature that may result in, but are not limited to, the following: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or programs that are malicious or harmful in their content, in spite of having adopted all the necessary technological measures required in order to prevent such an event from occurring.

Neither is Segittur responsible for the possible misuse by third parties of this website or information transmitted through it to third parties. How long will we retain your data?

Los datos necesarios para el uso de la plataforma y el envío de información sobre eventos realizados se conservarán hasta que la persona usuaria revoque su consentimiento libremente o ejerza el derecho de supresión. En todo caso, una vez finalice el tratamiento los datos se conservarán bloqueados únicamente a disposición de autoridades, jueces o tribunales por periodo mínimo de tres años a partir de esa fecha.
